Most orders are made in 2 business days. Shipping time will add a few more business days, depending on your chosen shipping method.

If you are in a rush, it’s a good idea to contact us and ask if your in-hand date is possible. We may need to FedEx your order. FedEx rates depend on your shipping address.

Please email your artwork prior to ordering. We must ensure we are able to engrave your design. Simple designs, like those in our product pictures, work best.

Artwork format: black and white clipart is best. JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc. is fine.

Simply ask us to check your artwork for engraving. We respond within 24 hours.

Yes, once we know your needs, we create a PDF proof for approval prior to making your order. You must approve the PDF before we get to work.

We have a number of ready-to-go designs for both monograms and weddings. Choose any of these designs for fast turnaround.

We have been proudly making wax seals in Canada for over 10 years!

Wax seal stamps are custom order, hand-made products. Thus, we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds. However, if we make a mistake, we will immediately make it right. Example, you receive the wrong order, we will correct it right away.
