Custom Designs – Your own artwork on a Wax Seal Stamp
To use your own design:
Ordering is easy and only takes a few minutes.
1. Email us your design idea. Artwork should be pure black and white clip art with no shading. JPEG, PNG or PDF formats are fine.

2. We will approve your artwork within 24 hours, or suggest changes. Note that simple designs, like those in our example pictures, work best.
3. We email a final proof for approval before engraving.
4. Make payment, and you are done! Orders are made within 2 business days and shipped to your door.
With your final proof in hand, you can order directly through our website, or we can email an invoice for payment.
What if I don’t have artwork?
In some cases, we are able to design artwork for you. This is especially true for things like monograms and wedding designs. Simply send us a message, and let us know what you have in mind. Or, choose one of our ready-made designs for fast turnaround and amazing prices.
I’m in a rush and looking for a deal
No problem – we have many ready-made designs already setup in our system. These designs are offered at better prices because there is much less computer setup required. Choose your ready-made design, tell us your letters, checkout, and approve the PDF proof we will email. Orders are made within 2 business days.

Most orders are made in 2 business days. For example, you place your order before business close on Monday, and your order is ready to ship on Wednesday.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times and rates vary from province to province. Average shipping time is 2 to 5 business days. Express shipping is faster. There are different shipping options at checkout.
Do you create a proof before making my order?
Yes, once we know your needs, we create a PDF proof for approval prior to making your order. You must approve the PDF before we get to work.
What if I don't have artwork?
We have a number of ready-to-go designs for both monograms and weddings. Choose any of these designs for fast turnaround.
How do I use my own artwork?
Please email your artwork prior to ordering. We must ensure we are able to engrave your design. Simple designs, like those in our product pictures, work best.
What is your refund policy?
Wax seal stamps are custom order, hand-made products. Thus, we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds. However, if we make a mistake, we will immediately make it right. Example, you receive the wrong order, we will correct it right away.
